The Systems view of life is an outbranch of [[General Systems Theory]] which seeks to explain the origins of life from a systems perspective. [[@Murray Bookchin]] called this type of thinking [[Home/017- Posts/Spiritual Mechanism|Spiritual Mechanism]]. Or General systems theory with an eco-spiritual veneer. Instead of depicting the world as mechanical, it depicts the world as savable through technological means, and thus controllable. It places corporations as God, governing a technological/ecological dystopia. This allows capitalism and technocrats to keep their positions of power while selling people redemption for the eco-anxiety. All while not doing anything but spinning stories, like to Chobani solarpunk yogurt commercial. It's bullshit. It's mindware to keep you compliant as the profits continue to roll in and the world continues to burn.
